STUDIO CONCERTS

NEXT CONCERT IS JANUARY 29

Studio Concerts are required for all students in lessons...

But don't worry, we'll set you up for success! :)

Performing can be scary at first, and so our lessons are designed to help you feel excited, prepared, safe and supported during your performance experience. After all, it's just a "show and tell" of what you learned and practiced during the session. Once you grow used to performing in this way, it can even become FUN! :)

You will never be required to perform alone, unless you feel ready. Your instructor is always available to accompany you on stage, or you can play to a backing track or with others. It's about finding what feels best for YOU. Each student is unique, and so the style, length and repertoire of each performance will also be unique.

NOTE: Studio concerts are small, private gatherings for families/friends only, and not open to (or advertised to) the general public. Concerts will start at 6pm on Fridays (near the end of each session - about 4 times per year) and will last no longer than one hour. At the conclusion of each concert there will be a short reception, with sweet treats to celebrate our accomplishments! :)

I have personally helped over 2000 students overcome their fear of performing - supporting them through their first concert experiences, and helping them unlock the FUN of music-making with others, on or off the stage!
